He was a Partner at MPact Consulting and started his management consulting career at Sibson Consulting. He also spent a number of years as an Energy Engineer with Commonwealth Edison. During his career, he has helped clients with a range of strategy needs, including in the areas of growth, go-to-market, customer engagement, and talent acquisition.
Donncha holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin in Ireland. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the topics of technical talent, workforce analytics, talent marketplace, and sales effectiveness.
