Dr. Katja (Ekaterina) Albats is a postdoctoral researcher in innovation management, project manager and principal investigator for multiple research and education projects at LUT University, Finland. Ekaterina has participated in and coordinated several European projects on innovation management and education. Before her current position at LUT, Katja has been working as a postdoc in innovation at Graduate School of Education, Stanford University, USA.
