Dr. Nick Wilton is currently Associate Dean for Professional Education and Accreditation at Oxford Brookes Business School. He holds a doctorate in the sociology of work and employment, an Mphil in the management of employee relations, is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a senior fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.
