Pietro Micheli is an academic and consultant in the fields of strategy implementation, performance management, and innovation. Over the past 20 years, Pietro has worked as a consultant, mentor, and facilitator with over 60 organizations, including Amec, British Energy, BP, Emirates, Jaguar Land Rover, KLM, Poste Italiane, Shell, Vopak, Wartsila, United Arab Emirates Government, Council of Europe, UK Cabinet Office, Department of Health, House of Lords and the National Audit Office. In 2009-2011 he worked as Director of the Italian Commission for public sector evaluation in Rome.

His research has resulted in the publication of three books and over 60 articles in trade journals, newspapers, and top academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Research Policy, the International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Long Range Planning and Public Administration Review.
