Dr. Krithika Randhawa is senior lecturer of innovation, strategy and entrepreneurship at the UTS Business School, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia. Her research focuses on open innovation, with a special interest in the management of crowdsourcing, innovation communities, digital platforms, ecosystems and business models. Krithika is the recipient of several research grants and awards. She works with long-term industry partners – corporates, start-ups, and public sector organisations – helping them implement innovation in digital and collaborative settings. Krithika is Associate Program Chair of the World Open Innovation Conference. She regularly presents at leading conferences and has been invited to talk at several seminars, nationally and internationally. Krithika applies her research insights to design and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses centred on innovation, strategy and entrepreneurship. Krithika completed a PhD at UTS and MBA at Macquarie University, Australia. Prior to joining academia, she has had eight years' management experience in the global hospitality industry with a track record of launching luxury hotels and driving strategic innovation projects.
