Dr. Murray’s business career has taken her coast-to-coast and includes 11 years as CEO and Chairman of a national energy services company and board member of multiple subsidiary energy companies. She was also co-founder and chairman for a Hollywood film production company and held leadership roles at GE and Lockheed where her top-secret clearances provided unique business insights. She was inspired to build her executive consulting career by Jack Welch during her tenure at GE’s Crotonville, NY campus while engaged in leadership development.

Her specialty is coaching senior leaders who are facing a challenge and/or would like to be more effective or fulfilled in their roles. “Leading through change and uncertainty” is her most-requested leadership program and includes managing relationships with key staff and others, improving team dynamics, transitioning from technical expert to leader, evolving company culture, and better self-care.
