Dr. Daniel Wacker Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, USA

Daniel Wacker is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacological Sciences and the Department of Neuroscience at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. He received his undergraduate training at the University of Munich, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and... read morea Master of Science in Biochemistry. He then completed his PhD in Biophysics at The Scripps Research Institute before conducting postdoctoral work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Wacker’s current area of interest is in molecular and structural studies of serotonin receptors and transporters.
