After 3 years in practice he returned to the US to complete an internship at the University of Missouri-Columbia and a medicine residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a professor of small animal medicine... read morein the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, Canada. His main areas of interest are hard to pin down other than it is all clinically relevant. He is widely published in the US and Europe and is co-editor of three books including the only veterinary book focused on the topic of blood pressure.
