Dr John Neugebauer FCIPD is a Visiting Fellow at Bristol Business School, University of the West of England. He has international and UK experience as an HR executive. In academic work, he has researched managerial careers and taught with the Open University, Bath University, Bristol University, and the University of the West of England. He has experience as a post graduate external examiner at Plymouth Business School, and Bristol University Dental School.

John’s special interests are mentoring (including Alta, a mentoring service for women in aviation), careers, strategic management, coaching, learning and development, diversity, and strategic change and leadership.

Above all, John is passionate about developing learning and individuals’ full potential. He has published on a wide range of learning, diversity and people management issues, and is lead author of ‘Employability: Making the Most of Your Career Development’.
