Biography
Fei Ye is an Associate Professor of Biostatistics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is the Principal Investigator on two NCI/NHGRI supported projects and a Co-Investigator on a variety of NIH/NCI supported projects, mainly in the areas of chronic diseases and cancer research, with a focus on precision medicine research in recent years. Prof. Ye has an extensive experience in study design, model development and validation, and the statistical analysis of clinical, epidemiological, and biomarker studies with high-dimensional omics data. She has served as a biostatistical reviewer for the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center (VICC) Scientific Review Committee since 2010 and as a member of the VICC Data & Safety Monitoring Committee since 2012. Prof. Ye has taught multiple biostatistics courses at Vanderbilt as well as several other institutes.
