2 TalksBiography
Pietro Franceschi obtained a PhD in Physics at the University of Trento in 2004 on a research project focusing on the study of the dynamics of molecular collisions, performed in collaboration with the Laboratoire de Chimie Physique (LCP)-Université Paris-Sud and the ELETTRA Synchrotron Light Source. In 2007, he started working... read morein metabolomics at the Research and Innovation Centre of the Fondazione E. Mach, with the aim of bridging the gap between basic research in mass spectrometry and its application in biomedical research. Currently his research activity spreads from data generation to statistical analysis. On these topics, he is regularly involved in training activities at the national and international level. Research activity: Development of innovative algorithms for the analysis of complex data; Statistical modeling of omics data; Data fusion; Chemometrics.
