Andreas Werr is a professor of management at the Stockholm School of Economics where he earned his PhD in 1999. His research has been focused on professional services in general and management consulting in specific. Andreas’ research has covered both the production of consulting services (e.g. knowledge management, knowledge integration and HRM in consulting firms) and the consumption of these services (e.g. purchasing of consulting services; client learning in consulting). He is currently engaged in projects on Talent management and talent evaluation and on the use of management consulting services in especially the public sector.
