He has held senior appointments in telecoms and cable television, including Group Strategy Director of British Telecom plc in London and Executive Vice President of British Telecom Inc in New York.

Tony has also had over 20 years’ experience in executive search and strategy consultancy as UK Managing Partner and the global head of the Telecoms and Media practice for Spencer Stuart and, from 2010-2013, UK Managing Director of Korn/Ferry Inc.

He is a member of the British Psychological Society, where he was previously Honorary Treasurer.

Tony has a BA in Psychology from the University of Sussex and an MSc from the London Business School. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a fellow of the UK’s Royal Society of Arts.
