Dr. Isoken Odia Jaeb Center for Health Research, USA

Dr. Odia received a Doctor of Optometry degree from University of Benin, Nigeria in 2011. She went on to receive a Master’s of Public health degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University Of South Florida in 2015. In 2016, she was inducted into the prestigious Delta Omega (National Honor... read moresociety in public health). Today, she is a Biostatistician for the JAEB center for health research- a non-profit organization involved in the advancement of clinical practice. Dr. Odia contributes to science through her work with the Diabetic Retinopathy Clinical Research Network which is funded by the National Institutes of Health. She also collaborates with a team of researchers whose sole purpose is to improve randomization techniques in clinical trials. Her major research interests are in the analysis of clinical trial data and improvement of randomization methods.
