Roland W. Dr. Herzog received multiple awards for his research, including from the American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy and the National Hemophilia Foundation. He currently serves as editor-in-chief of Molecular Therapy. His research team develops AAV-based gene therapies and immune tolerance protocols for hemophilia and defines immune response mechanisms to AAV gene therapy vectors and to therapeutic proteins used in replacement therapy for genetic disease.
