She received her FRCP in 2002, her FRCPI in 2003 and has been a Professor of Clinical Neurology at UCL since 2010. Mary has a longstanding interest in the clinical management and research in the inherited peripheral neuropathies which also includes gene identification and studies into the pathogenesis, natural history studies, development of outcome measures and conducting clinical trials in inherited neuropathies.
