Todd J. Hostager is a Professor of Management at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Dr. Hostager earned a B.A. in psychology from Saint Olaf College and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management & Organizational Studies from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. The Corporate Judo research showcased in this presentation received worldwide attention, including a front-page article in the USA Today money section and numerous phone interviews from reporters at the The New York Times, The Telegraph and other leading newspapers. In addition to his primary position at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Dr. Hostager has held visiting appointments at Vaxjo University (Vaxjo, Sweden) and Harlaxton University (Grantham, England.) He has consulted for a range of public and private organizations, conducting feasibility analyses, developing business plans, and providing insights into how firms can grow through leveraging the turmoil that a changing rival has unleashed upon itself.
