Daan van Knippenberg is Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Rotterdam School of Management. He has published over 170 scholarly articles, books, and book chapters, including in such outlets as Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Organizational Behavior... read moreand Human Decision Processes, and Strategic Management Journal, many of which revolve around his key research interests in leadership, diversity, teams, and creativity and innovation. Prof. van Knippenberg is Founding Editor of Organizational Psychology Review and Associate Editor of Academy of Management Journal. He is co-founder and co-organizer of the New Directions in Leadership Research conference organized by Duke University, Erasmus University, INSEAD, and The Wharton School, and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and of the American Psychological Association.
