Dennis O. Flynn is Alexander R. Heron Distinguished Professor of Economics, University of the Pacific, Stockton, California. Prof. Flynn earned B.S. and M.S. Economics degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an Economics Ph.D. from the University of Utah.
