Blake Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington. He has won numerous research awards and served as Editor of the Academy of Management Journal and as President of the Academy of Management. Prof. Lee currently serves on the editorial board at the Journal of Applied Psychology, and he has served on seven other editorial boards including Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management Journal, Human Resources Management Review, Journal of Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods and Personnel Psychology. Prof. Lee is a Fellow of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prof. Lee is married to Janet A. Thompson, and they have one son, Joseph. Tom enjoys snowboarding with Joe, traveling with Janet and Joe, and reading literary classics. His current non-academic fantasy is to run an 9-minute mile and complete a set of 40 bar dips.
