Jane Menzies is a Lecturer in the Deakin Graduate School of Business and lectures in International Business Management. Dr. Menzies was awarded her PhD at Monash University in 2005 in International Human Resource Management. Her PhD focused on the participation of women in international assignments in multinational enterprises. Dr. Menzies... read morehas recently been the lead author of a research book on 'Doing Business in China: Getting ready for the Asian Century' which was published at the end of 2012. She has also written two research books in 2009 one on the topic of women's participation in international assignments in multinational enterprises, and trust in strategic alliances. Dr. Menzies was a visiting professor at the Aarhus School of Business, Denmark, where she taught Trade and Investment: Europe and the World, and she was a lecturer in the AISAM program in Penang, Malaysia in 2009, 2010 and 2011. In 2012, she was a visiting scholar at The China Center, at Rollins College in the US, and at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. She is the author of a number of refereed journal publications
