Dr. Rosen's research interests include organizational politics, measurement and modeling of personality, employee-organization exchange relationships, and occupational health and well-being. His work has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Personnel Psychology. Dr. Rosen currently serves on the Editorial Boards of Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
