Robert Folger is the Distinguished Alumni Endowed Professor in Business Ethics in the management department of the College of Business at the University of Central Florida. His honors and awards include the New Concept Award and the Best Paper Award from the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management. Prof. Folger has over 100 publications, which includes articles in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the Journal of Applied Psychology. He has been on the editorial boards of the Journal of Management, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Academy of Management Review, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. The International Association for Conflict Management named his co-authored Organizational Justice and Human Resources Management as its 1998 "Book of the Year."
