Christina Shalley is the Thomas R. Williams Wachovia Professor and ADVANCE Professor for the College of Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She has published a number of articles in such scholarly journals as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She is co-editor of the Handbook of Organizational Creativity and she serves on the editorial boards of a number of journals. She is a Fellow in the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
