Mr. Horrocks has twenty-two years of experience in library, IT and information services in higher education including seven in senior strategic management. Mr. Horrocks was previously Deputy Director of Research & Learning Support at King's College London. He is a graduate of King's College London (BA Hons History) and City University London (MSc Information Science).
