After... read moreparticipating in the growth and sale of what Business Week labeled the "fastest growing high tech hotshot" in the United States - Appex Corporation - to EDS, Ted did a PhD in sociology (University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill), studying employment practices in entrepreneurial firms. His current research focuses on how entrepreneurs sometimes accomplish a lot more than they ought to be able to accomplish, given the limited resources at their disposal. Now that he has finished this lecture he will be working on a revision of a paper about building and managing entrepreneurial team when you don't have much money to spend.
