Gary Klein is a research psychologist at MacroCognition LLC. His research examines different aspects of cognition in natural settings, including the way people make decisions under time pressure and uncertainty, how they make sense of complex situations, how they plan in the face of wicked problems, how they perform causal reasoning about indeterminate situations, and how they form insights. He has written four books, edited three other books, and published many articles on applied cognitive psychology.
