Through his research he seeks to challenge dominant orthodoxies as he believes that these are contributing significantly to the problems that organisations have in leveraging information technologies, both operationally and strategically, and ultimately in optimising the value delivered to the business. To this end, his research falls under five broad themes: Leadership, Strategy, Innovation, Organisation and Value.
