Karl Moore is an Associate Professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University and an Associate Fellow at Green Templeton College, Oxford University. He has taught extensively in executive education programs at leading universities including: LBS, INSEAD, Darden, Duke, Oxford, Rotterdam School of Management, Queens and Cambridge. He is the author/co-author of 21 refereed journal articles, 10 books, 15 chapters in books and dozens of executive articles. He has over 575 Google Scholar citations. His 10th book, with historian David Lewis, Origins of Globalization, was published in May, 2009 by Routledge. This is the third in a series of books looking at international business and globalization in the ancient and medieval worlds and through to today.
