Roland Yeo is an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Industrial Management (AACSB) in King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. He is also an adjunct lecturer with the International Graduate School of Business at the University of South Australia. He serves as Director of Education and Certification in the Arabian Society for Human Resource Management where he manages their partnership programs with Texas A&M University, College Station. At present Roland is involved in the third-phase of an e-Government project in Saudi Arabia where his team has developed the mechanisms to measure the transformation of change processes in a large number of government agencies.
