In 2000 Tony left to establish his own marketing consultancy, working alongside clients such as IBM, ICI, Sky and Yahoo! Additionally his consultancy was involved in setting up a successful research based start-up. Tony was enticed back to Initiative to head up the UK’s planning and strategy resource, charged with delivering clients world class communication solutions. After four years, Tony established an advertising agency built for the new world, Lab, which was launched at the beginning of 2008 and already works with clients that include General Mills, Johnson and Johnson and PwC.
