Author's Biography
Leslie Ament a frequent keynote speaker, has served as Chief Research Officer at Hypatia Research Group, US Research Team Leader: Retail, Wholesale & Distribution, Deloitte, Director of Customer Intelligence Research at Harte – Hanks and has served in senior level marketing roles. Leslie also chaired the first US Marketing Analytics Conference hosted by Henry Stewart Publications in 2011 in Boston, Massachusetts and published the first industry analyst primary research study on ‘Operationalizing Voice of the Customer: How Top Performers Create Actionable Insights’ (2011, updated 2014). She currently serves on the editorial board of Applied Marketing Analytics.
