This paper shares some of the key learnings, context and practical ideas from Finnish companies and culture on how to thrive during moments of turmoil.

Author's Biography
Maija Ahokas is an active speaker on diverse topics including flexible working, activity-based work, well-being, space utilisation, digitalisation and the future of work. Maija has over a decade of in-depth experience in workplace development, management and research. She currently works as head of sales at Ørn Software. She is the acting president of IFMA Finland Chapter. She is also a WEHub leader for Workplace Evolutionaries (WE) (an IFMA Community), the world’s largest global community of practice focused on workplace strategy and leadership.
Antti Pitkänen is an experienced design leader, published author and active speaker on design, strategy and change management. Antti is a co-founder, chief experience officer (CXO) and chairman of the board of Agile Work, where his role is to develop the company’s products and service offering and guide its strategy and culture. In customer projects, he actively participates in orchestrating and curating the holistic employee, workplace and customer experience to support companies’ future direction and growth. Antti is a member of the board of IFMA Finland Chapter and also WEHub leader for Workplace Evolutionaries (WE).
