Author's Biography
Cheyene Marling is Managing Director, Talent Management and Program Analytics at BC Management, Inc., where she oversees staffing strategies and data research analytics for clients globally, and also provides career assessment and coaching expertise. She is active on the Editorial Advisory Board for Continuity Insights and the DRJ Mentor Advisory Board, and has previously served on the board of the Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP) of Los Angeles and Orange County as well as the ACP’s national board. She was the recipient of the inaugural ACP Hall of Fame award in 2006 and was awarded an honorary MBCI by the Business Continuity Institute in 2010.
