Abstract
Securities markets are going digital, and business processes are transforming. All securities markets participants must partake in this transformation. While clients need online and more available services, securities markets must consider the regulation aspect of transformation, as well as ways to provide services using online solutions. Financial services are going online. This change is bringing big opportunities for developing a wide range of products and services. In this paper, we discuss the importance of digitalisation, the ways to achieve it and the kind of solutions that are comparable with digital trends and expected by customers.

Author's Biography
Kromvel Tumanyan has worked in different spheres of the financial market since 2010. He was Business Administrator at the Depository System Servicing Department in the Central Depository of Armenia. He is currently Head of Financial Services Support and Correspondent Accounts Division in Armenia’s banking sector. He is interested in automation, digitalisation and technological improvement of business processes. He regularly participates and leads groups/projects that improve business processes by introducing technological solutions.
Levon Klekchyan joined CDA in March 2015 and acted as Business Administrator at the Depository System Servicing Department. He was mainly in charge of all business processes and functions for securities registration and settlement system. Levon started his career as financial analyst at the Finance Department of Redinet, CJSC. Simultaneously, he was involved in several projects as an expert. Levon graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Economics, and also holds a PhD in Finance. He is a lecturer at Yerevan State University.
