Abstract

As technology advances, the need for digitally adept professionals within the marketing sphere increases, especially within the fields of analytics and business intelligence. This paper provides a closer look at the most effective ways to understand and fill the needs of marketing teams, and highlights the need for creative recruitment strategies.

Author's Biography

Kate D’Alessandro is the Manager of Marketing and Operations at Syfter, the US technology staffing firm. She spearheads all of Syfter’s marketing, including public relations, outreach and awards, and creates original content for the company’s internet presence. In addition, she handles the development of Syfter’s website. She holds an MA in strategic communication and public relations from Sacred Heart University.

Steve Perlman is the co-founder and CEO of Syfter, the national technology staffing firm. Under his leadership, the company has won several awards, most notably Staffing Industry Analysts’ Best Staffing Firm to Work For in North America 2019 and 2020 (Grand Prize) and Inc Magazine’s Best Workplaces in America 2020 and Editors’ List 2020. Steve also provides career coaching, publishes original content on the staffing industry, and mentors junior and senior professionals.
