There has been much discussion regarding the topic of business continuity and security convergence. This paper provides a realistic overview of the union of the two disciplines and offers no/low-cost programme elements that may be used for organisations considering or in the midst of convergence efforts

Author's Biography
Scott Shaw is the senior manager at Aflac, and joined in 2008. He is a Certified Protection Professional and a Certified Business Continuity Planner. He has 32 years of experience with the US State Department, US Secret Service, Lucent Technologies, American International Group, Inc. and Aflac. He has BA in International Relations from California State University, Sacramento and an MBA from Baruch College.
