Abstract

This legal review is the first in what will be a regular feature of this Journal. The intention is to consider new laws (cases or statutes) that have implications for urban regeneration and renewal. This article looks at three such cases, two relating to planning, 'Barker' and 'Sage', and one to compulsory purchase, 'Pascoe'.
