The industrialisation of asset management reporting services

Abstract

In institutional asset management state-of-the-art reporting is a key success factor. But best-of-breed systems with unintegrated solutions are widely used. In addition, outsourcing of single services on request of single investors increases the degree of complexity. To fulfill the reporting requirements and deliver the services which are expected, the reporting system needs to be fully integrated into the system environment and should be part of the central management system which manages the integrated systems, workflows and data deliveries in a standardised, but flexible data transfer protocol. The industrialisation of asset management services is not finished, it has just begun.
