Author's Biography

Jonathan Manns is Chief Executive Officer of Te Toi Mahana in New Zealand and Visiting Associate Professor of Planning at University College London. He is an internationally recognised leader in the fields of urbanism and real estate development with significant track-records in professional practice in both New Zealand and the UK.
