The Founder and Chief Executive of M Consulting, Steve is a Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, having directed insurers, brokers and specialist service providers. Previously he has worked at Lloyd's TSB.
