Biography

Dr. Benedikt Langenberger is a postdoctoral researcher at the Digital Health Cluster at the Hasso Plattner Institute. His research focuses on the application of machine learning methods for prediction and the analysis of treatment effect heterogeneity in healthcare. Benedikt earned his M.Sc. from the Hamburg Center for Health Economics, which included a semester abroad at the University of Oslo, Norway. He completed his Ph.D. at the Technical University of Berlin and was a DAAD-funded Visiting Research Scholar at Stanford University in California. He also served on the Early Career Committee of the European Health Economics Association (EuHEA).
