Christopher Nicchitta completed his PhD work at the University of Pennsylvania with Dr. John R. Williamson and postdoctoral training with Dr. Gunter Blobel, at the Rockefeller University. Current interests have extended to investigations into the role of mRNA localization to the ER in determining genome-wide patterns of protein expression and ER molecular chaperone biology.
