Dr. Hajduk is Professor and Head of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Georgia, USA. Dr. Hajduk is a Burroughs Wellcome Scholar in Molecular Parasitology and a Fogarty International Scholar. Dr. Hajduk is a leading authority on RNA editing and the molecular biology of parasitic diseases and his laboratory has played a major role in elucidating the components of the editing machinery and the function of this novel form of RNA processing.
