Biography

Wolfhart Rudiger was Professor of Phytochemistry at the Botanical Institute of the University of Munich for 32 years. After his retirement in 2001 he became Professor Emeritus at the same institute. The international reputation of his laboratory is documented by co-operating visitors from many countries including the USA, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Russia and Sweden. In 1994, Wolfhart Rdiger received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
