He has extensive experience and successes in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device & Diagnostics sectors—among many others. Richard has worked in 40 countries and 100 international cities, providing strategic marketing consulting and training services to some of the world’s largest and most successful multi-national companies and brands.
Richard has written three books on marketing management— AVOIDING CRITICAL MARKETING ERRORS: How to Go from Dumb to Smart Marketing; COMPETITIVE POSITIONING: Best Practices for Creating Brand Loyalty; and CREATING BRAND LOYALTY: The Management of Power Positioning and Really Great Advertising. He is the author of hundreds of articles on marketing. Richard has been a guest lecturer and conducted workshops for the MBA programs at Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, Northwestern Medill School of Journalism and Integrated Marketing, DePaul University, Lake Forest College, and Thunderbird International School of Management.
