Chris is the co-founder of UnPlug, a company that offers behavior-change programs to help individuals and organizations develop more balance in the way they use digital technology. He has run programs and presented keynotes at over 100 organizations, including Cambridge University, The United Nations, and Alphabet.

Chris holds an MSc in organizational psychology from Dublin City University, where he wrote a dissertation examining workplace loneliness and burnout.
