Mr. Tony Greener University of Brighton, UK

Tony Greener was born and educated in the North-East of England and gained a degree in History and English from the University of Hull. He became only the second PR graduate to join the British Leyland Motor Corporation and eventually rose to become Director of Communications & Public Affairs, Europe... read morefor that organisation. Subsequently he held director roles in Dunlop Slazenger, Saatchi’s PR company and was also Communications Adviser to the Saudi Arabian National Guard.

Tony moved into academia as part of the development of Positive Images, the training consultancy which he founded and ran with his wife Sue. He gained an MA in Change Management and worked at senior lecturer level for the universities of Wales, Worcester, Brighton and Thames Valley. He was also Professor of Organisational Communication for New York University -London for nine years.

He retired in the autumn of 2022 after 50 years continuous professional work.
