Simin Meydani is a Professor in the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. She received her PhD in nutrition from Iowa State University. Her research focuses on age- and nutrition-induced changes in immune related diseases and their underlying mechanisms.
