Ms. Savitri Groag Refugee Talent Hub, The Netherlands

Savitri Groag has been the Head of Impact for Accenture Benelux-France over the last decade. She has contributed to Accenture's sustainable operating business on both environmental as social levels. That included, amongst others, electrifying the company's mobility offer, its handling of waste recycling, and its banning of food waste. She... read moremanaged to include several green, social, and diverse suppliers into Accenture's procurement. On the social level, Savitri has succeeded to, together with social partners, provide skills and support for over 30,000 occupationally challenged jobseekers.

She is the co-founder of a private sector initiative named the Refugee Talent Hub. That Hub has been able to skill, support, and match hundreds of refugee talents into jobs since its start in 2016. Accenture has been one of the contributing companies, with over 40 refugee talents hired into its workforce. Currently Savitri works for Climate-KIC - Europe's leading climate innovation initiative.
